POSEIDON Project is proud to announce its official website is now available online!
The project, funded through the European Commission ISF programme, aims to create a multidisciplinary network to promote inter-port dialogue to fight against crime and corruption in European ports. POSEIDON project main objectives are to fill existing gaps in research on corruption in ports, develop recommendations for a targeted EU port supply chain integrity standard and raise awareness on the issue of corruption ports by creating a network of public and private port sector stakeholders.
POSEIDON EU public-private port stakeholder network will support the exchange of information, experiences and good practices. Hence, one of POSEIDON main initiatives is to create a community aware of the risks and critical issues in European ports.

The network is open to organisations and institutions involved in the security of ports and the fight against corruption, such as:
- Port management authorities
- Customs authorities
- Private stakeholders
- Research institutes
- EU Agencies
- National Law Enforcement Agencies
Members of the POSEIDON EU public-private port stakeholder network will have access to a relevant network of key stakeholders within the EU port system. Within the network, they will be able to discuss vulnerabilities and risks assessment modalities, exchange anti-corruption best practices, receive regular updated through an online newsletter and get the possibility to participate in 6 cycles of thematic inter-port dialogues.
